We interviewed of the Cyprus real estate sector with Ali Hançer, Hançer Construction Director.

Hançer Villas, whose construction process has accelerated despite the pandemic, is preparing to make an “early delivery” surprise to its investors.

We talked to Hançer Construction Director Ali Hançer about the project and the latest situation in the sector.

Countdown to Turnkey

Hançer Villas are among the remarkable projects in Cyprus Real Estate Center. What is the latest situation in the project, how is it progressing?

Our Hançer Villas project is progressing very well. We are about to come to the end of construction. I can say that we plan to complete the entire project in 3 months at the latest and make it turnkey. All that remains is the installation of ceramic, marble, aluminum, paint and walk-in cabinets.

Despite the epidemic, we will deliver the project before the time we promised.

We are planning to do a showhouse in a short time. As of April, we will open 1 villa as a showhouse. There may be some events outside of us due to the pandemic, which may delay us, but we are in full swing.

It was out of the question for us to stop or suspend the project. We follow our work by following our plans as much as we can.

Credit Opportunity in Luxury Project

The number of people who want to move from flats to villas during the pandemic period is quite high. What kind of opportunities do you offer to buyers in Dagger Villas?

We have clearly observed this issue, the demand to move from flat to villa.

Our project is at a very valuable point in terms of region and quality. Being close to the sea is a serious reason for preference.

The project is in a very calm and peaceful area.

We continue to sell at launch prices. Under normal circumstances, we had to go above the launch prices, but considering the purchasing power of people due to the pandemic, it was more appropriate to continue with the launch prices and we did not raise the prices.

In order to make the project ready for delivery, we also issue the fold alliance title deed. This is a very important detail for our customers who plan to buy with a bank loan. This month, we will have prepared our fold alliance teetle deed.

These deed also help people who do not want to spend all their cash while buying a house or who want to buy it with credit. Because when you take this deed to the bank, you can get a loan.

Do you have a message for real estate buyers in this period?

There is one thing that I am very clear about. The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus is the country least affected by the pandemic. It is a very good opportunity for buyers because of the nature, the sun and the peaceful and livable homeland of this place.

I foresee that there will be a serious real estate demand after the pandemic, our solution partners who have knowledge and experience on the real estate side also think like us.

Currently, prices are still very attractive due to the pandemic and need to be evaluated.

After the pandemic slows down or ends around the world, we expect a serious demand for TRNC. It does not seem possible for prices to remain at these points after this demand.

Most of the companies are currently keeping their prices stable. These prices will change after the pandemic.

I think it is a very suitable time for investors and individual investors who want to make profit margin purchases.
