How would you list the changes in business life according to the time before the pandemic?
Obviously, after the pandemic, we entered a very rapid adaptation process to normal life.
The most important requirement of business life is crisis management. As a company, we managed this process very well.
In our foreign market sales before the pandemic, we were bringing potential customers to our country for discovery tours by participating in events such as fairs, seminars, workshops and roadshows in the countries we had determined before.
After the pandemic, instead of these activities, we continued our way successfully by reaching hundreds of potential customers and investors in tens of countries on 4 different continents by organizing online zoom meetings and live video conferences. The success of our brand, the projects we have built and our happy investors have been a great advantage for us in this process. That’s why we can easily organize online meetings, explain our projects online and sell online.

Have there been any changes in your short and long term goals?
We are in the process of spreading over time rather than changing our goals. If we had been a small company, we might have changed the targets, but we are a big and powerful construction company.
We cannot make a momentary and situational change.
We are focused on our goals and we continue to work non-stop. However, I believe that we will gain momentum in reaching our goals as the countries of the world overcome the pandemic process.

What is prioritized on your roadmap?
Our four ongoing projects, Maldives Homes, Mykonos Homes, Idyll Homes and Pearl Island, are at a point that makes us happy.
The fact that all our concept projects we have opened are highly appreciated and in great demand, motivates us more. We have become the leading construction company in the Esentepe region, especially with the right steps we have taken in the last year and with the qualified projects we have produced.
This put a great responsibility on us. With the end of the pandemic process and the start of international flights, we are preparing to present a very different and sound new concept project to our customers.
