PROPERTIES SPECIALIST
Fluent English (native speaker preferred).
Front-line sales role, key in driving forward the sales of this successful Developer across the varied portfolio. Experienced in creating and closing sales in a pressurised, face to face environment. Confident and persuasive telephone manner with an ability to identify the client’s needs and provide the product to suit them. Ability to work with groups of prospective buyers or on a one to one basis. Basic salary with unlimited commission potential.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Experienced sales professional with at least two years background in property or similar sales role.
• Highly motivated to succeed while ensuring the best customer service.
• Proactive in sourcing new agents & clients to introduce them to our products.
• Fluent English is required.
• Full TRNC driving license and own car.
• Lived in TRNC for at least 1 year & able to work full-time
• Confident to lead or work as part of the team.
• Able to work weekends and evenings as required to ensure sales are produced.
Qualifications
• Experienced & proven sales background.
• Advanced English written/verbal.
• Team Player
• Self-motivated
• Completed Amy service if TRNC citizen
