Dems Construction Ltd. It was founded in 2020 by civil engineer Süleyman Can.
With his 22 years of engineering experience, Süleyman Can has worked as a chief engineer in many large construction companies in the past. He built and completed major projects such as Kalecik Power Plant and Erenköy Yacht Marina. In 2020, he laid the foundation of his first project, Selvi Houses.
Selvi Evleri is a fully detached single-storey villa project that is independent of each other. It is planned to build 10 units in Yeniboğaziçi.
Together with Ozan Özdemir, who joined Dems Construction as a partner in 2021, Dems Construction continues to strengthen its power. With 20 years of sales and marketing experience of Ozan Özdemir, the entire Selvi Houses Project was sold in just 3 months. As soon as the sale of Selvi Houses was completed, Company Director Süleyman Can and Ozan Özdemir rolled up their sleeves for a larger project. After a preparation phase that lasted like 3 months, they prepared the Majestic Project, which includes 5 different types of villas, including the luxury and splendor.
