Pearl Island consist of 156 studio apartments: ground floor studio apartments have 35m2 gross area, 8m2 garden terrace and studio apartments on the first floor with 35m2 gross area, 8m2 terrace and 35m2 roof terrace.
There is a communal swimming pool with salt water treatment system on the site and children swimming pool.
Site Management, Property Management and Rental Services
The site will offer free shuttle services to the Golf course and our other seafront project, Maldives Homes, which is located only 2 minutes away. Therefore residents of Pearl Island can come and use the facilities located at Maldives Homes, such as the beach, cinema, GYM, tennis court, basketball court, mini-golf, childrens playground, restaurant, mini-market, sauna, Turkish bath, massage, beauty center, indoor swimming pool. Residents if Pearl Island are welcome to use the facilities provided at Maldives Homes.
The maintenance fee will be 60 GBP per month and it will cover the maintenance of the communal areas of the site (swimming Pool, shared garden areas, cleaning of site), the water pump system, CCTV Security Camera Systems on site.
Pre-sale and after-sale services will also be provided to the residents of Pearl Island Homes. Any needs or requirements in property related matters will be dealt by our 24/7 services.
We will also be providing rental services for those who would like to rent their properties whether it be at high seasons or off season.
